Renters Insurance

In the event of a fire, flood or burglary the landlord is not responsible for damage to your personal possessions. Although there is insurance on the unit, this does not cover your personal possessions or provide you a place to stay if you are displaced by a fire or flood.

This is why it is a good idea to purchase renters insurance.  For a relatively low price ($100-$200 per year) your possessions will be covered and they will pay for a temporary hotel room for you to live until your unit can be repaired.

If you are interested in purchasing renters insurance speak with you current insurance provider or contact our office and we will be able to suggest some options for you.
