Maintenance

To submit a request for maintenance you may either call our office during regular business hours at 319-354-0386 or submit a request online. Before issuing an online request you must first register with Property Boss our web based management software, if you have not already done so.

Do not submit an online request for emergency maintenance.

In the event of an emergency call our office during regular business hours or our emergency line for after hour’s calls.

Issues that qualify as emergency maintenance, but not limited to, are:

  • Water that won’t shut off. (A dripping faucet does not count)
  • Clogged Toilet that you are unable to plunge yourself. ( An emergency if there is only 1 toilet)
  • No Heat. (No air conditioning is not an emergency)
  • Security, Nonfunctioning door lock or broken window.

Emergency maintenance issues will be looked at on a case by case basis to determine whether or not the issue does in fact constitute an emergency.

Do not ignore an issue with maintenance.

Water is the single largest problem we have as property managers. If you are having water issues or any other issue; please report it immediately. Do not allow a small problem to turn into a large problem.
