Change Your Address Online

Kacena Real Estate Management has added a link to our website www.k-rem.com home page to make it easier for new and existing tenants in the Iowa City area to change their address with the United States Postal Service.  Check the top of the links on the home page and click on “Change Your Address Online” to take you to the change of address page of the USPS website.  We hope this helps with your move to or from one of our properties.

Coralville Water Bills

Of note to all those renting condominiums, duplexes and single family homes in the City of Coralville.  Beginning July 1st the City of Coralville will begin billing for water and sewer on a monthly basis rather than every two months.  It will now be quicker to determine high water usage  with the bill coming every month.  It will also spread out the cost over every month rather than every other.
